we offer a variety of classes, that can be taught upon request. Classes are taught by Nicole, Clinical Herbalist.

Classes may be hosted at seven generations farm, or at a venue of your choosing. may be ideal for a work group, birthday party, bachelorette party, or any event of your choosing.

Increasing Resiliency: tincture making 101

In this class we will dive into what a Tincture is, how to make this traditional herbal preparation from fresh or dried plant material, and thoughtful, seasonal, wild-gathering. we will be processing fresh plant material and starting a Tincture in class for participants to take home, strain, and bottle themselves.

Class runs approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.

There is seasonal variety in the plants chosen for this class, and dried plants will be used in the months where fresh plants are unavailable.

Increasing Resiliency : Herbal support for a tired nervous system

In this class we will explore various plants that support the nervous system, from nervous tension, to anxiety and insomnia. we will cover a variety or herbs that can offer support to our body in dealing with nervous stress. in addition to overviewing these powerful herbs, participants will then be blending a tincture of their own with various nervous support tinctures from seven generations apothecary.

Class runs approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Herbal Support for Opioid addiction

In this class we will cover a few herbs that can help when actively using opioids, or attempting to quit. herbal support can be found in easing the nervous system from withdrawal, or in specific body system support regarding the symptoms of withdrawal. herbs are only used in conjunction with support from a doctor and this class is not intended to substitute any medical treatment. Participants will receive a detailed handout, featuring herbs, their safety, and local resources.

Class runs for approximately 45 minutes.
